Exam Marks Online (XMO*) on the web version 2024.06 Important information for this exam...Regarding Online Exam 2023 May/Jun
There are a few important note regarding online examinations
(For a detailed document, see changes to XMO.) The year mark is always used for 1st attempt students, and conditional for 2nd attempts. All weights regarding year marks vs. examination marks is based on the student's registration year, and suppl. students will be awarded a final mark based on weights as for their registration period. JRouter marks is always automatically available in the XMO. MCQ's done on SAKAI must be imported as a Gradebook Mark. All assessment done on Moodle, is automatically available in the XMO, however, if the lecturer made last minute changes (any changes today) then you can use the Moodle Import function to update the marks in the XMO. All modules must be "released" by DSAA ito the proctoring process, before a module can be finalized. All modules where proctoring is used, the proctoring outcomes must be imported on the XMO, before the module can be finalized. Moderation cannot be done in the XMO any more. All moderation is to be done during the marking phase, in the JRouter, or on Moodle.
